1. Documentation quality - worst not update to the new page builder.
2. Customer support - meh bec you won't even get to register to their support portal bec it's not working I have to get to chat and let them set up for me, just to do it again in 2days of waiting for a response from them simply to find out that they are too many other things to do.
3. Bugs, code quality, flexibility, customizability- since the page builder is just recently replaced with a new one a lot of things are not working for example the child theme is not working some custom elements on the new page builder is not working, can't even change the styling without doing manual CSS, and if you are a developer you will see how messed up the codes are you will css styles in the heading not on a seperate stylesheet. I got a long lists of things but hope this help.

Hey your feedback is not right, We helped you to resolve the problem with your Child theme instantly through chat support.
Theme is fully customizeable through wp-admin >> Appearance >> customize options there are several options for header, footer, typography inner pages, courses, teacher and everything.
You can use Elementor Page builder to customize and make any page the way you want!

Hi, in our Demo we have High resolution images which makes our page size nearly 5 MB, that's why you see the Speed about 8 to 9 seconds, while page speed score is very high. In your website we would recommend you to use Autoptimize to reduce the requests and increase the page speed. Also keep your website's page size nearly 1 MB or below it, this would give you very good speed.

This theme costs less than other.
Probably the main reason is that there is a lack of customizability in the BO.
If you are a CSS expert, go ahead and buy this theme. I am not so I had to uninstall the theme right after install. Refound is only available for 12 hours after purchase.
There is some minor problem in the support but nothing too bad. I had to give my FTP credentials to get support so I hope I won't have problems becouse of this review.
To sum up, these guys from "webfulcreations" are cool but still need a little more experience IMO.
I renounced to use this teme becouse I never learned CSS and don't want to rely on someone else.

Hey Giovanni Pujatti, Please note we are famous for our fast support. There is nothing you cannot get support about. We received your ticket that you were not able to install demo data, we installed your demo data within 3 hours and sent back you the information.
I respect your opinion but i would like to tell you, this theme offers much more customization options than other themes. Please do not compare it with Multi Purpose themes. Please check header versions, footer versions in demo data, you can do this for whole site or for single page, post, course, teacher. This theme includes post types rather than blocks for teachers, testimonials, faq's, events.
I am not sure what you could not do. If you are having trouble in anything just reply back to your ticket and your problem will be sorted out very quickly thank you very much.
