As it is an HTML template so you have to: 1. Manually upload all files to the server through FTP and then unzip it. 2. Upload your images in images folder. 3. Modify HTML file by using SublimeText editor.

yah, It’s OK now, Could you please tell me what was the exact problem?
The problem was with jquery “ajax” call. Your hosting has some restriction on it so it was not working properly. The ajax call was made from custom.js file in js folder. I had disabled it and then everything seemed to be okay.
