Bad installers, can't see the template immediately. Even after install the plugins the template is still not loading currently.
Loading demo data just erase the hole website and you can't login anymore.
Total waste of money.

Good customer support, I like the theme. It's easy to customise and work with. The only issues, too much unnecessary files.
