The first link is not helping at all because, I installed your theme with it’s own content without any additional plugins. It is slow from the start.

You even LAZY LOAD the courses. That means you know about the issue and have not fixed it.

Even with 4 courses this is slow with a fresh install. and NO, my dedicated VPS server is not slow.
