Customer support takes some time but eventually concerns get resolved.
The Theme was somehow not appreciative at the first glance but when I got to know how to customize it, it's really amazing

Amir Hossain has been excellent and clear in instructions. Thank you. This theme is a no brainer for educational institutions. Very easily customizable and will get you up and running in no time. I was shocked at how quickly customer support responded to a query of mine. Thanks guys.

Very Worst to Worst Experience, It's been more than one month to buy this theme but These people are totally irresponsible,I would say I wasted my money by purchasing this theme, So I request everybody please doesn't trust these people. Because theme has so many bugs and even support team can't sort these and they have so many conditions, and theme is plugin dependent, so many heavy files are there, and there is no demo images and content. I'm totally frustrated with there service. I want my money back.

Is a very good theme, easy to use and with a great design.
Support was great for about 2 months, then all requests for support were ignored. My website is, for all practical purposes, useless. Very disappointed. And I purchased extended support.
