This was probably the fastest response that I have had from a theme author. I was impressed and very grateful for the resolution. They understood my issue quickly, emailed me very quickly with a resolution and the issue has been sorted. In the past theme authors have taken a lot of time to response back and some none at all hence, I found this impressive and this encourages me to see what other themes they have. In my opinion if the customer service is excellent then, likely the theme is excellent too. Well done guys.
