I think before you purchase the theme you visited the demo theme. Also theme is based on Elmentor/ WP Bakery Page builder so can edit the page easily. But the LMS part is based on the LearnPress plugin.
Which issue did you face can you please create a ticket we will help to fix that https://www.radiustheme.com/ticket-support/
