can you reset my license registration

The Theme panel is not showing Hi I had to redo my website and do a fresh install However although the theme is activated, there is nowhere to add the licence key Or import demo data Your documentation shows a tab in the menu called theme panel. There is no such thing even after installing the plugins.
It also shows themerex add-ons under this theme panel tab but on my installation the themerex add-on is a separate menu item.

I tried that but I’m required to purchase a support package which is more than what the theme cost Why cannot someone at least provide the reason and cause as it’s something to do with the initial purchase that was bought

After some checks in the plugins, the problem is related to “ThemeRex Addons”. But I don’t know what causes this problem.

How can I change the text in the slideshow? Not the main one but the one is on the tabs. I can’t change the description of them ( they are 3).
It appears: “The situation in Europe is critical.”
And another question is:
How can I change the banners from the pages? Every time I change the picture in one page the others stay with the same photo.

The first question is if it is possible to place a video on the homepage instead of the slide.
The second is if in the “What we do” section we can remove the button on top of the photo that says “Read Full Story”.

Guys, thanks for all the good work, I just got a major issue with ThemeREX Addons and the latest elementor update. The ThemeREX Addons when active won’t let the site load… of course with the ThemeREX Addons NOT active major parts of the site won’t work… it this just me or everybody with elementor PRO?

hi, i bought one licence if i need to work and registrer the theme on local then transfert the website online do you think that the licence will still work after the transfert ? Cause I am afraid that the day I put the site online the licence is already considered as used.

We plan to build a website that will incorporate a marketplace product later on. Would it be possible – licencing-wise – to use this theme in combination with another application?
Basically, the 3rd party app would be integrated into the website or vice-versa.
We want to make sure that we can use the theme with another application without permission issues.
