Hi, I can’t submit a ticket as my support is expired BUT on my ELDON website, all buttons have suddenly turned all white (or black) on mobile device. This is due to the recent changes in WooCommerce. You can downgrade plugin to some previous version (it should display correctly with WooCommerce 7.7) as a temporary solution until the theme update is released.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

hi, i have a couple of inquiries : 1- i already registered this theme using the purchase code, but im still unable to find the theme name in my Qode website profile so i can raise tickets! 2- I’m unable to install wpbakery editor, I tried to follow your FAQ instructions but It didn’t help 3- Header changes on Eldon core options are not working, even header changes on the page Eldon setting, like (Content in Grid) doesn’t work for any choice.

Previously, we had a fully functional website with the template installed. However, after updating some plugins, the website crashed and we lost all the information. Those errors could be due to the server resources, as new block-based widgets added in WordPress 5.8 version require a lot higher resources. You should revert widgets to classic with this plugin.

Thanks for the answer and your generous offer to assist. The theme obviously doesn’t like PHP 8.1 which was recently updated on the hosting account to satisfy another web script. So it appears when it was updated, that particular site became inoperable. Is there work in progress with the theme so it is compatible with the latest PHP version…and future versions?

Main Home Page has a slider revolution part it is at the top of the header menu.

I would like to change it to my slider, but I cannot find the link in the code option to replace it. I also try to add the code to the header page, but it will show two sliders at the same time.

The theme stopped working. Tried to submit a ticket but it won’t allow me to because support has expired. I’m not interested in getting scammed. The theme should continue to work even though support has expired, but it doesn’t. If I can’t submit a ticket to understand what the issue is, I’ll have to trash the entire site that I’ve spent over a year building. When you visit the site, https://nftkids.cc it is stuck on a smiley icon and will not load. Even had the hosting company install backup of the site and it still doesn’t load. The hosting company says the issue is with the theme. Everything was working great and all of a sudden it stopped working. Nothing was changed, it just stopped working. If you expect me to pay more money to have you fix the issue, I’ll have to just count this as a loss and report this to the BBB as well as report Themeforest. Not asking for a refund just correct this issue or tell me why it’s no longer working and I’ll correct it. Alternatively, I can report this to my credit card company and have them investigate.

Have you perhaps changed PHP version recently? Please note that we haven’t tested the theme with PHP 8.1 yet so we do recommend using PHP 8 or PHP 7.4.

Also, have you installed some 3rd party plugin perhaps?
