I really like the design and animations of this theme, visually it's great. My only problem is the speed. It takes time to load. I even deleted many features and left with a couple of images on my landing page but it's still loading very slowly. I have a couple more websites from the same hosting provider, they are very fast. I asked to hosting provider, they told me there was no problem from their side. I asked theme creators they told me to talk to the hosting provider. I couldn't find any solution to speed of this theme. If the speed of loading could be optimized, this would be the best theme I have ever used.

There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed and you can see some of our recommendations here - How To Speed Up Your Website. We highly recommend deactivating plugins which you are not using.
To adjust Qode Performance please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance and there you can enable/disable icon packs, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes which you don't plan on using (please see screenshot). This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.

I've already get few WP themes form this guys, and as always this one makes the difference. I use it for a pop art artist and the style fit the need. Thanks again for get this theme update.

This has been the most difficult theme to reach support for. I have no option to reach theme settings through my site and can't even reach out for the support I paid for.

It is beautiful theme. But there can be drastic improvement in backend. Also dark mode toggle can be re-engineered to save a cookie and read value from that. Support declined to make it possible. Without it what's the use of dark mode. I don't want to hamper their ratings so changing it to 5.
Amazing template!
I've only touched the surface of this theme and it's extremely flexible and coded well.
I was able to upload the demo super fast, edit it, and get my site live within a day.
I'm still building sub-pages and haven't run into any problems. These guys are top-notch programmers and designers.
Great use of Revolution slider.
