for Bugs

Webinane just released an "update" to this theme that is full of problems. When I asked support about this, I was told I needed to rebuild my whole site or pay them to do it. There was really no warning that this update shifted the theme from WPBakery to Elementor. It wasn't really an update so much as a revamp that means my site doesn't work any longer. It feels like this was done to encourage users to pay for support rather than to fix bugs or vulnerabilities. I wouldn't buy this theme or anything else from Webinane in the future.

We feel satisfied when we update something according to the new trends and updated software. The sales of WPBakery are going down and the popularity of Elementor is increasing with every passing day. This is because Elementor is easier to use and it has good features, easy options to customize and it is expanding speedily. For this reason, we chose to update our theme and convert it to Elementor. It took nearly $8000 to convert this theme and get a graphically new theme altogether. And we did all this for our customers satisfaction, as the design of WPBakery theme was old and not liked. Resultantly our sales stopped and we had to move to Elementor. Hope you understand our logic.

As far as extra charges are concerned, we are doing this for our customers who want to save their precious time. Our team is an expert in this regard, so if someone like to get this conversion by our team, we request for few extra bucks because we can't do it free of cost as running teams is not free and easy. If you want to do it yourself we are ready to help. Thanks and Regards

for Bugs

Full of bugs and upon reporting it to support, it took them weeks to fix issues. The updates removed color settings and other options which we had to manually correct after each of their updates. I mean, the changes that we made through the theme options would not even stick after their updates are run. I made a mistake of purchasing their other themes also and the experience is worse.

for Bugs

There are a lot of unaddressed bugs in this theme. If you don't find them all before your support coverage ends, you'll be stuck with them or have to shell out $42 just to talk to someone about fixing their buggy code.

My most frustrating issue currently is the ability to display portfolio items in a random order is broken and the code is so messy, good luck finding it to fix it yourself.

Find a higher quality theme instead.
