Hello, on 17/07/2023, we experienced an attack on our website. According to cybersecurity experts, the vulnerability was in the "Electrician" template. This issue was due to the outdated PHP version. I have updated my WordPress to version 8.0, but the problem is that the template does not work; it only functions with the old PHP version 7.4.
I tried to open a ticket, but they are asking me to pay for a support extension, even though the update issues are covered by the creator's guarantee.

After purchase theme you will got 6 month support. After theme support expired you need to extended. Our theme is compatible with 8.x . Please check your third-party plugin.
Our theme has no issue, WordPress many popular plugins has security issues open. If you didn't update that plugin, your site may compromise.
The page is not as in demo you need to create it

When it first came out, everything went went. Few years later with updates, coding problems. Would not suggest them. I prefer Impreza or Avada.

We can confirm that there is no coding problem in the theme or the core plugin of the theme. We have 2700 customers of the theme who are using this theme and none of them have complained about the issue. There must be a third-party plugin conflict for that. So please open a ticket in our support system we will check the issue for you.

Hello, so we do not understand what you mean.? Their is no code where we will be administrator. Did you import demos? Demo content user is managed by wp. After demo import remove the imorted user

Really great support, they solved all my doubts without any problems!
