Bought this template for a very large and very important project. Load time was very fast (not normal for Magento), and the overall design/features/functions were all impressive.

The support was a bit rough at first, but now we are able to get what we need in a timely manor. You will wait 24 hours for a response, so if you're heads on fire be prepared. But overall I give the entire project a 5 star rating because they really deserve the rating.
