I’ve tried to install your template but i’m getting a blank page.
I’ve extractedfile galaelectronues-theme-package.zip and copy all files to my Magento folder.
Then flushed the cache and no matter what homepage i choose, i allways get the blank page.
What do i need to do?

What template file contains the product view tabs? (Description, Features, Tags, Reviews) etc.. ? How can I add/remove tabs?
The template file of product view page is app/design/frontend/default/galaelectronues/template/catalog/product/view.phtml, you can find some tabs in that file (Description, Features, Tags, Reviews, Upsell). If you want to add more tabs, you can read more instructions in documentation of theme, in Usage / Insert new tabs on product landing page tab.

I am trying to display a picture in the left column on the home page, just below the category menu. When I add the picture to the galaelectronues_baner_left_home block , the picture is not displayed next to the menu but well below, at the level where the slideshow and call-outs ends.
How can I display the picture just next to the menu ?
In backend, CMS > Wdgets, you can sort order for the blocks on the left column of homepage. Example: Gala Electronues Audio & Speakers – Area10 has order 0, Gala Electronues Toys – Area10 has order 1,..., Gala Electronues Home Baner Left – Area10 has order 7.

Hello, I want buy this theme, but have a little problem on the product page or anyone that the menu “All categories” has a dropdown. If you hover and “unhover” some times (fast), it will repeat “show/hide” menu. Looks like that doesn’t have a ”.stop()” in the js function. Is it possible to solve that?

If I uncomment these for example:

Will it display ok on larger displays? Do I have to modify some css? What other problems can appear if I uncomment those?
Could you please uncomment on a different install so I can see how will it look on a larger display, without any modifications?
Thanks for your interesting. This theme only supports display maximum 1280px, for larger screen it will display like 1280px.
You don’t understand, I want it at least 1560 px wide, does that 1560.css help? Is it hard to achieve that? Will that help to be uncomment?

As I said that this theme just supports display maximum 1200px, for larger screen, it will display like 1200px.

I have 2 problems:
1) The mega menu’s dropdown (including the sub-categories) on the home page dont match the right subcategories.
2) The “new products slider” doesn’t show on the homepage. I have create a widget and assigned the home page and the right area (07) to show but nothing happend.

1. You should edit the mega menu content, select proper parent categories you want to pull out its child categories. Please read the user guide for details. In the sample data, our category ID may different your true category ID so it does not display same.
2. Can you tell me which widget instance you added? Please send us your admin account so that we can check it.

I would like to report a bug that it cannot be fixed by this support.
Here is the problem:
If you set an attribute to show on front end and you don’t give it any value ( basicly you don’t fill its field in) will display in front end with a value “no”. So all attributes you haven’t valued will display with “no”.

Do you mention to Top Brands on the right of homepage?
If so, it is just static blocks, you can customize it in backend.

Don’t purchase this theme! it is full of bugs and coded in bad way.
There us endless JS bugs and problems.
I have invested too many hours tried to fix this theme, so i can’t drop it now, but i am warning you, don’t purchase it if you don’t want to spend hours on fixing it.
The support is very bad, almost in every bug report they will try to ignore and say “this is Magento issue, please contact Magento to solve this.” but it’s problems in theme, and only after i insist and showed them the source of the bug, they will try to fix it.
Here are list of some of the bugs i have found :
1. Footer links block missing: no “site map” “advanced search” “search terms” links. it is default Magento block and not related to CMS.
2. Site map bug – Show top links in the middle of the page, and doesn’t show “products site map”
3.Currency icons are missing and mixed, some symbols show for the wrong currency.
4. Tier pricing show 100% percent discount in every discount rate.
5.Mega menu doesn’t show in default home page
6.In some cases mega menu open width 50% only, js issue.
7.Mega menu icons are built-in very hard to customize
8.Advanced search, no layout
9.site map no layout
10.PAYPAL Express doesn’t work from product view page, show error page
11.Can not insert photos to product description using HTML editor, JS issue.
There is many more bugs and issues, except long loading time.
some of the bugs fixed, and new appeared.
some of the issued ignored.
i am still waiting for reply for fixing sitemap page, but no response from the support.

You can disable Ajax cart by renaming file app/etc/modules/EM_Ajaxcart.xml to EM_Ajaxcart.xmls.

In the theme package, the file “i-slideshow.png” is missing. It is used in skin\frontend\default\galaelectronues\css\theme.css.
