I had great support from author and I got all the customization I needed great theme, fast load times and have really made major improvement in our brand.
I highly recommend this theme, I just wonder why people should review and rate anything less than 5.

This is a lovely theme with lots of great options, and Giao has been wonderful to work with on support. He helped when some holdovers with our last theme munched this new theme, and also with some image quirks that popped up.

I had a bad experience with their technical support. What i am asking is the source of the file so that i can change the url by myself and i did not ask them to do it in behalf.

For customization questions which require to modify the source code, it does not include in the support term. We cannot provide consulting services for free.
