We regularly check compatibility with the latest updates of WordPress and plugins used. Currently, the Elemix is working fine, there is no need for updates.
The only change is that we no longer use the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin, since most of its functions are available only by premium subscription.

We just checked the installation and updates and there are no problems with it. Make sure it’s not a third party plugin. Also try to remove the Elemix Theme Addons plugin through the admin panel or the plugin folder on your hosting. Then install this plugin again.

I did that several times. It just creates a blank white screen. I have disabled and reenabled it several times and it just keeps doing the same thing.
Are you sure you are using the latest version of the Elemix theme and the Theme Addons plugin?
I re-checked the installation using the latest version of WordPress and the latest versions of all plugins, I don’t see any problems with this. Also, make sure you use a PHP version higher than 7.
What sizes of images do you recommend please? thumbnail (150X150 or 100X100?) , medium (300×300 pixels), medium_large (is it really needed? If so, what size?) and large (1024×1024 pixels)
I have downloaded your template from envato elements but i am facing issue installing it: the message reads: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hello, I’m using the current version of the theme. But unfortuntely isn´t compatible with the update of Elementor 3.6.6. I had to deactivate it so my site could work, but looks terrible. When I have this version of elementor active my site don’t show, it says it has a critical error. Could you please update the theme to work with Elementor last version? Thanks

we just checked the compatibility of the Elemix theme with the Elementor 3.6.6 and see no errors. All pages are displayed correctly, there are no errors in the editor.
Try to uninstall the Elemix Theme Addons plugin and install it again, we fixed it in the past update.

I have your latest version, the one updated on April 4th, but isn’t compatible with the latest Elementor version. I tryed other theme and it works fine.

I am trying to create a checkbox (which has to be required) and a text box. If I choose another theme, the checkbox and also the text box appear with no problem. But it seems it has some difficulty with the Elemix theme. Can you please help me? It seems like another person has the same problem, but no replies. I am using the plugin “Booster For WooCommerce”, but no success with your theme.

Sorry to keep you waiting, we haven’t tested this plugin for compatibility with our theme. Unfortunately we cannot support compatibility with all possible plugins

I did find something in the style.css file that hides the inputs.

I am able to see the inputs if I remove the css, but I can’t make the input required.

Could you help me make required checkboxes as well as required textboxes?
In the screenshot the default themes from the Wordpress collection, all plugins must be supported by these themes.
There is no way to make the checkbox required using only css, there probably has to be another way to do it.
Why are the inputs hidden with css? And how do I create required inputs with this theme?
I would like to request for a refund if it is not possible for me to create required inputs. All other theme’s work except for this one and I’m not sure why. Waiting for your reply.
Using CSS (instead of WP functions) in this case allows us not to break compatibility with the WooCommerce and avoid serious problems with third-party plugin compatibility. You can indeed change css to display these fields, but Booster For WC plugin has a lot of settings that we unfortunately don’t plan to support in the near future.
We support the latest versions of plugins required for this theme to work properly, these plugins are supplied with Elemix theme.
We’re sorry that the plugin that you need isn’t included in this list, but all the features declared in the description of this theme and shown in the demo works as they should.

I would still like to request a refund as the theme does not work the way it should. The only difficulties I encounter is with this specific theme, and not with other themes as you can see in the screenshots I provided. So there is a problem that lies with your item that does not allow me to do the things I want and need. I need to create required inputs and neither you or the theme are able to help me with that. For that reason I need a refund.

Latest update KILLED the site. there is a serious issue with “Elemix Theme Addons” Deactivating the plugin fixes the issue, BUT you lose everything made with that plugin.. Version installed 1.2.2
Update the template, in version 1.2.3 we fixed this.
I downloaded the theme months ago via envato, I’ve always enjoyed it. But lately the theme no longer takes the input fields of the products. I have tried several plugins that allow text input fields in products, such as (PPOM for WooCommerce, Product Input Fields for WooCommerce, YITH WooCommerce Product Add-Ons & Extra Options) the content entered in the fields is not captured in the cart. I tried to deactivate the theme and activate another theme, the fields start working correctly again.
I need assistance with your theme. I have loaded the theme and there is a conflict with the Elemix addons Plugin which is a critical addon to the theme working.

1. We updated this theme yesterday, make sure you are using the latest version
2. Clear the previous installation https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/
3. Settings -> Permalinks -> Common Settings ( Post Name )
4. Activate all necessary plugins
5. Import the files again Appearance -> Import Demo Data
