This one is an excellent theme to develop a charity website. It counts on good tools, a pretty visual interface, and it's built on Visual Composer, which always is appreciated.
But the best thing about this theme is the support team. They are always ready to chat and solve any issue you can experience on the develop phase, which always is a very important thing.

I was previously very frustrated with the installation process of this theme as it has been very different from previous installation experiences with other highly rated themes. What I thought had been slow or no response to my requests for help turned into a very quick resolution of multiple concerns.
This may not be the best theme for a beginner without installation help, but the end result is going to be a powerful website for my client.

We've updated our Demo Installation Process on latest version. You don't need to know anything just click "Appearance>Import Demo Data" and your website will looks exactly like Demo.

Fast response and they work day and night to make it right. They are a top notch group who build a nice looking theme.
The functionality and design is very user friendly. Anytime I had an issue with a design feature, the support team was right there to help out and make the adjustments needed. As a user with limited WordPress experience, this template has made it a lot easier to have a nice looking website.
After a lot of back and forth I was very impressed with the personal service and support i received for this theme. I had quite a lot of issues loading images and making certain areas ( video/event) work on the home page but wit hthe help of the support guy at Jewel theme we had it fixed really fast. Thanks very much and recommend this theme to any others using charity/ donation as a form of wordpress theme
Several bugs still in v.1.0. Visual Composer content doesn't update correctly.
