Hey. I bought this theme a year ago to use on a domain, but I decided to change it and use it on a new domain. The problem is that I cannot use my Elipsa license on my new domain because it says that my purchase code is no longer valid. the old one was “fruit roll” and the current one is www.ead.click. Following the tutorial for this change, I can’t find the theme in question: Elipsa. Thanks

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are running the latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
Newer WordPress versions introduced the block-based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Hello again, is there anyway to get this theme with WP BAKERY. Eliminator is such a pain of a page builder for me personally. I miss the WPBakery. Is that optioon available or is there an alternative to E for creating pages?

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

I recently found that the content displayed on the home page of the website cannot be updated, and the previous content that has always been displayed cannot be displayed on the home page. Hi. I purchased this theme a year ago for use on an old hosting platform and domain that i had also recently purchased, But then, I caught Covid, spent months in the hospital and am just now starting my website with a new domain and new hosting. The problem is I can’t use my license for Elipsa on my new domain because it says it is already registered to my old domain and hosting (which I no longer have access to because that hosting/domain account is no longer active. Please note that existing demo content which was built using the Elementor cannot be edited with WPBakery as these two plugins are not interchangeable. You can use the Gutenberg editor in order to create your content.
We are using JS in our core plugin for some animations. Regarding slider, this theme comes with bundled Slider Revolution plugin.

Adding photo captions breaks the mobile view. It gets inserted with width styling, which breaks the mobile view. Can we get this patched up?
