Not working properly! No themes

This theme have bunch of bugs when you create a child theme. And it's not just css. Options missing and similar things.

Thank you so much for your theme! We love the design and also appreciate your support.
We have so many possibilites in creating our version of the blog by the many options the theme gives us.
(sorry for my bad english, we are from germany!)

Good technical support, but no systematic updates. It is a pity that I paid for extended support when it really is not there. I changed this Theme to a different, better one.

Amazing theme with unlimited design and layout options. The support has been very responsive and helpful as well. A+

I downloaded this template, very excited to see what I could do with it. I could not find documentation or instructions on the template. Nor could I figure out how to import demo material to work off of. I emailed tech support and days passed with no response.

Only after I asked for a refund for the template did the author respond to my support request. They wanted my website and login, which I'm not comfortable giving a total stranger. At that time, however, it was a moot point as I had already started using another template.

I will not be purchasing another template from this author.

very disappointed, shame as I had a lot of hope for this site, big let down, constant 404 errors, after much investigation with webhost and wordpress forums, the errors come from the theme itself

I love that theme, it's very cool looking after you spend some time on tweaking it to your desire. The help over e-mail is helpful. The documentation should be a bit more in-depth but it's okay. I think I'll stick with this theme for a long, long time! Great work!
