Please let me know if you can get this to work on the current version of Drupal. I own the theme and my version doesn’t work on Drupal 8.6. I’ll pay to renew my support if you can get it to work on Drupal 8.8
My apologies, the issues weren’t with the theme but instead it was with my php environment.

Don’t get the question. No plans at the moment to add bootstrap 4 support is this item. Is it possible to add it by youself without specific problems – don’t know, you can try.

Quickstart not supported. Fonts via code, adminpanel – no. Properties, etc. – yes.
