Sorry for the inconvenience but move whole sections up and down is working fine. Our template is demo based instead of element based, so you can do changes in the selected template only and hence we have provided all in one template with all available elements, so you can remove not required and change / use required elements only.

But it seems you are not comfortable to use Emailio, no worries you can submit your refund request here - https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and then purchase any other email template as per your need.

Thank you for posting rating and your thoughts.

Actually we have already provided online builder with all available features and especially all in one template to have mixup of elements from different templates. Our template is based on different business type demos instead of elements and provided major customisation possibilities. And the main thing is builder can be reviewed free of cost before purchasing the template to have better idea about all features and possibilities. Also you can use offline demos also and customise the template content/images/colors/etc... from the HTML. In case if you have any query or need assistance somewhere then you can please create a support ticket and our team will be more than happy to help you.

But still if you are not going to use our template at all then we would not like to retain your money and would be happy to provide refund as we normally want our users to be happy with our products and services. Hi ht1080z,

Thank you for your feedback and rating. But it seems lower rating is the reflection of our support team reply to renew item support as your support is expired. Our all templates are working fine in Outlook 2016 but if you customise the template and somehow if that does not look fine then you will need to check the customisation you have employed and do required changes to make it look fine.

Also we have provided our email builder demo and can be checked free of cost before purchase, so this shouldn't be an issue after 9 moths of your purchase date.

We have again checked all of our email templates in Outlook 2016 and all those are working fine as it is but if you face that issue in our provided templates then feel free to create a ticket and our team will do the fixes as needed.
