This usually means that only sliders haven’t been imported and they can be imported separately. See one-click import → Bonus tips.

A fix I recently discovered. With the recent WP update to v.6.4.1 my site broke (Http Error 500). All my plugins were at the latest version and everything worked fine with WP v.6.3.2. To test I deactivated each plugin in turn and found that the latest WP version displayed when I deleted the security plugin—and I tried 3 separate ones, same result. Security is necessary, so I kept testing and to my surprise the last plugin I tested, Akismet Anti-Spam, was the 3rd contributing cause. I deactivated that plugin and the site loaded fine with the latest WP version and with the security plugin. Very odd. I am using Google reCAPTCHA v3, so this may be a contributor since they provide similar functionality.

How can i add the slow slider showcase that you have on live demo? Seem like i have several options but i cant see emaurri pages to build landings like yours

We really need an update or if my support has expired then I have no chance for it anymore and I don’t know how to set the search button on mobile devices. I would like the word search to be in Polish.

You can add Emaurri Search Opener in Mobile Header widget area in Appearance Widgets. There is also an option to disable word “search” (please see screenshot).

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Emaurri Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

Love the theme so far, but I noticed that you don’t seem to be updating it. Are there going to be updates coming out?

This is a major concern right now because the theme comes with a very old version of Slider Revolution that has a well-known exploit, so everyone currently using your theme has a vulnerable website if they have the plugin you provided installed. I’m concerned about long-term usage of this theme if updates are not being provided to the theme and plugins.

Also, how do I disable the search from displaying in the menu and in general?

While I do appreciate that, with the last update being almost 2 years ago I’m just a bit concerned, especially since you include Slider Revolution which is known to regularly have publicly known vulnerabilities that are actively exploited and your customers for this theme are likely unaware that they urgently need this update.

I use many security features on my site, so it is a little disappointing that a brand new theme I just purchased was immediately flagged by my scanner after installing, warning me not to use the current version of something I just paid for.

How do I remove the search widget from the header? When I click on the search widget from the Elementor editor to delete it from the header it just opens up the search dialog.

I figured it out, to anyone with the same question, just navigate to Appearance => Widgets and you’ll see a list of sections (such as “Main Home”). Open up the section you want and remove the search widget from the section by right clicking and deleting the widget.

WooCommerce products images main image won’t show!!

This is due to the recent changes in the new WooCommerce update. Due to the latest WooCommerce update there has been some changes in the HTML structure of the default WooCommerce pages. Single product page Images might be affected.

You can downgrade plugin to some previous version (it should display correctly with WooCommerce 7.7) as a temporary solution until the theme update is released.

All the themes will be updated as soon as possible and the layout for the Single product page will be resolved. Thank you for your patience.

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme. You should ignore the “Supported Items” dropdown and fill in the form as if you are submitting a ticket for the first time.

The category pages are an archive type pages and they are created automatically. For example, for Residential subcategory this page is generated https://byrdwaters.com/portfolio-category/residential/ and you can add it to the menu.

If the portfolio categories are not displayed in the left sidebar in Appearance > Menus, then you can enable them in “Screen Options” (please see screenshot).

Been working with your theme for a couple of hours now and it appears that the theme builder requires an Elementor Pro license, yet the install does not include the pro version? How is one supposed to make changes, such as edit the main menu to remove the search field?

All of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with theme options, templates, custom shortcodes and free version of Elementor. It is not necessary to use Elementor Pro.

Upon activation of the Slider Revolution plugin there is the WP “critical error” notice. I reinstalled the plugin 3 times, and each time I activated the “critical error” resulted. Is this a known issue, and if yes, what’s the work-around? And I’m using using the latest WordPress version, PHP 8.0, and your theme and plugins were installed for the first time today—in case that’s a contributing factor.

I installed the plugins as a group (not one by one). Maybe this was noted in your development guide? I scanned it, just didn’t seem useful. Just the same I appreciate your heads-up about installing Qode Framework first. I’ll give it another go. Thanks.

I resolved the issue. Apparently Wordfence security was conflicting with the slider install. Thanks.

Just installed your theme and was surprised to find that it does NOT include the WPBakery plugin? Your “compatible with” includes it, which for every other theme I’ve used INCLUDES the plugin as a builder option.

The plugins included with the theme are listed in the Theme Features list.

The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

The theme won’t be added automatically to the “Supported Items” at our Help Center once it is purchased. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. Hello there, I was interested in purchasing this theme. I had a question. In your landing page the first animation that come before the website is visible. Can we put a our logo there and it will fade out and the main website will open?

You can either choose our pre loader type where you will be able to add your text, as it is with Emaurri loaded present on the Landing page or choose an already predefined type, including the animation and “icon” so you can perhaps replace the loader with custom CSS if it is your logo image in mind.
