can i have demo login details please?

Hi, we don’t have an admin login to share, but many of the demos use registered booking, so you can make a booking and see the profile / account pages and setup.

Hi there, I would like to know if your theme has a partner type system, that allows a partner to create an account and sell tours and earn commissions. Also do you have a search form? I don’t see it in your demos.

1) Regarding affiliates / partners – it’s not directly built in, but the payments component runs on WooCommerce for which an extension could likely be used, either free or paid: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/affiliate/

More options are available. How are you looking for it to work?

I like this theme, but could you please clarify. currently if booking a slot for multiply persons it only counts as 1. for example we have 10 spaces available on our tour but 7 persons can book and it will count as 1. Did you make an update to count amount of persons (variable products) to decrease time slots availability?

We are however going to be rolling out the QuickCal plugin in the next update of Embark. For QuickCal, we are developing a roadmap and that feature is at the very top of the list, so we are looking at adding that feature as soon as possible :)

I had a query related to the Tour Grid widget. I want to use it on my home page. However as i have 100 tours, when i add this widget the tours appear below each other and is too long. I wanted to know if the widget can show just 1 row and the rest can be read more button on the side? Or any other way to ensure all 100 donot appear one below the other. The default filter is ALL. Is there a way to change the default display option in the filter to just one tour type?

Hi, at this time there isn’t the exact option that you have explained, but you can choose which Tour Types display on any instance of the Tour Grid. You don’t need to display every one altogether. So you could select just a handful of Tour Types for the homepage, or you could have multiple instances of the Tour Grid:

Hi, yes if you select one of the single page style demos, then the inner pages are not included in the import.

In the theme download package, there is demo content folder which has a link to a Dropbox folder that has all the templates available to be imported into Elementor.

Hi, you do not need to manually resize any images. The theme will automatically create the correct sizes for all areas, including the Tour Grid.

Hi, how it works is the custom fields are set up per calendar. You can create as many different calendars as you want, so you can have a different calendar for each tour, with different custom fields.

Greetings, I’m about to buy your theme.. I would ask:

1) Does the system calculate availability and prices for each day? For example on May 5th I have 6 seats at $7 and on May 7th I have 10 seats at $10. Can I change the prices every day for certain times with different quantities? Example links?

2) You can request the name and surname and age of each participant of each group. For example a group of 10, a single purchase but with 10 names.

3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?

4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?

When that number of bookings is reached, it will be unavailable for additional bookings.

To answer your questions:

1) You can specify custom time slots for specific dates, but the payment options are the same for all dates on the same calendar. If you want to have different payment options, then you just need to create separate calendars.

2) Yes, it is possible to change that field name. You can use a free translation plugin to change texts like that.

meaning, usually tour operators, like ourselves, might have many criteria by which customers might choose to do a tour. Under it’s current form, they can only filter by one criteria, leaving them to having to figure out the additional criteria on their own, would it be possible to add more filters?

2) The Tour Grid has the fields that are shown, which can be repurposed. The filter is one level of filter though. You could look at one of the add-on plugins to see if there is a widget that has the options you’re looking for.

We are looking for a template for a free tour company, and we need that when a person reserves more than 1 place, the data of the other people is requested in the order. For example, if someone reserves 3 tickets, you have to add the data (name,...) of those 3 people, as an extra. Is it possible with your template?

Hi, there is the option to book multiple tickets / seats, but the booking system only asks for the information from one person. You can add custom fields, but the number of fields does not relate to the number of people selected.

Hi there, I’m a little worried about this theme because there were no updates for 6 months and the changelog doesn’t work anymore (github shortcode error?).

A customer is asking if I would recommend it, and unless you fix the changelog and provide a timeline for the next update, I can hardly do that, right?

Yes if you follow the steps there, it will set it up so that the customer is prompted to pay.

You do not need to purchase anything extra. The add-on is actually now part of the core plugin, so there is no add-on to install.

Hi. I had a doubt while using formidable forms in this theme. I am able to attach a contact form to a button. But after the form is submitted and we get a thank you message, how do i get the redirect to my web page? Currently the page displays the thank you page. I want to go back to my website home page
