I requested support (both email and Form) within 36 hours of purchase and haven’t received a reply in FIVE DAYS. Support matters and bad support reflects on Envato so a complaint to them is my only recourse.

There is however a support system and you have not responded to my initial email six days ago. The email address that is displayed in the download pkg.
And there IS a refund system on Envato. Envato has stated policies for sellers: “(there are) situations in which we expect you to give a refund on your item and related services if requested by the buyer.”
One of those “situations” is “Item support is promised but not provided”.
Are you not aware of the stated Envato position? Or do you simply hope unhappy buyers will just go away because YOU say there is no refund system?

Please stop leaning on Envato as the reason. YOU can’t/won’t offer a refund. Your product is simply not suitable for my purpose and your “Bootstrap” comment was misinterpreted. My fault. But your promise of 24 hour support that takes nearly a week IS a reason for refund even under Envato guidelines. You do not deliver promised support.
A friendly and timely email discussion on the subject would have made it clear that we do not take advantage of vendors. You may have even been able to enlighten us and kept us as a happy customer. I have purchased nearly 100 products on Envato and your’s is the first refund request.
Vendors like you hurt all vendor’s and Envato as people like me, and I hope others that read this, will think twice before purchasing.
I hope my $24.00 makes a big difference in your life style. I also genuinely hope you receive all that you deserve.
Icons does not load. Any specific configurations required on web server for icons?
Did you check the last update?
Yes, I did. In the latest update as well, CSS is not loading when ran from Apache server.
Nice theme! You should add some “light” demos, not only dark ones
