Too many elements not working:
- features not working
- .sql file impossible to to import in case of new install
- code too old (last update on 2020)
- heavy risk not to have updates of the enar modules
I'm really not happy and ask Envato to refund.
Just terrible.
The code is of bad quality. A module that we wanted to use requires a module that has been deprecated from Drupal 8. There are issues with performance (Images do not load). And more than anything the developers are unresponsive.
We have tried to contact them gave them more than enough time to come back to us so in the end we are moving to an other theme.
I just hope that we can get a re-fund because we are a non-profit organization and our funds are very limited.
I am fed up with this theme, can't run this garbage on my production site. My server is filled with error and warning logs. The theme is broken and is not compatible with Drupal 9. I have 4 months left on my support right now, but i dont want to beg to the author every time i need support due to poor quality of code.
If you download this theme right now, you won't be able to run it. I have to ask for support and author email me the correct code. the author provided me the code because i had 6 months of support left. but what about others who purchased this theme for life?? they have to renew the support to get the correct code. i think author should be reported for this misconduct.

The first I just say your review is NOT fair. This is Drupal 9 theme and MANY persons using it without any issues.
I'm always update theme when have any issues to themeforest. You can download latest version of Enar to check.
Sometimes, I upgrade theme it can make bug, I just send fix version to customer when I have NOT updated to themeforest yet and I don't require customer must pay support fee for correct issue cause by from the theme.

Good to finally see a Drupal 9 theme. However, it is not very good for the theme to still be using Bootstrap 3. Ideal for all drupal 9 themes would be to use Bootstrap 4, not 3.

I describled theme is using Bootstrap 3 in my item. You can see it again in my item. So, rate 2 stars in this case is NOT fair. Please re-rate again. Also, I will upgrade to support Bootstrap 4 in next time.

It seems only the 'experienced' programmers complain about this theme, but I got into it REALLY quickly! Very easy indeed!
OK, so some instructions are difficult to understand, but that is just a language barrier! Hoa is actually very clever, very dedicated and keen to help you along the way!
The only bugs I found were the two I accidentally created along the way, As for HARD-CODING... what!?!? Nothing is set in stone and the designer has created their own modules to build things like front page animations for you. Soooo easy!
This theme is crisp, clean, professional with a touch of sexy thrown in. I am so happy with Hoa's work that I now hire him privately - he is a GOOD designer!!!!
One page menu bugs theme no good without it.

7 hours so far, and I'm still trying to figure out the missing parts of the theme...
However, the theme is awesome looking and has really nice features and incredible responsiveness.
But man, do you have to work your way around the code!
Support, on the other hand, is really good.
Pros:
- Awesome looking theme
- Great features like slider and menus
- Incredible options like Shortcodes, CSS, and Layer editing
Cons:
- Installation on existing website is a big hassle.
Conclusion:
This theme is really nice, but if you already have your website running and want to use this theme, you've got two choices:
1. Be a strong coder;
2. Let support login to your server and fix it for you.
Excellent support, excellent documentation, code quality. Great theme.
So many bugs, even in the base theme (innovation) like pointing to a wrong path for system icons (its should be /core/misc/, not /misc/). Some key features like layout builder doesn't really work, html template doesn't include even most basic body classes (like front page) etc.
Some css is hardcoded as inline styles.
Every element in front page animation is hard coded making it impossible to customize for average user.
Includes a module no longer updated, documentation is lacking etc.
I really did wanted to like this theme but the quality is just not up to it. I am an experienced developer, I can debug and fix many problems myself but this theme should be usable for novices as well.

Maybe some lacking document, so you have NOT familiar with it. About your comments:
1. So many bugs, even in the base theme (innovation) like pointing to a wrong path for system icons (its should be /core/misc/, not /misc/)
=> There is NO code in base theme which point to misc
2. Some key features like layout builder doesn't really work
=> Layout builder is work without any issue. Can you tell me what's your issue?
3. html template doesn't include even most basic body classes (like front page) etc.
=> Default, there is no class in body which Drupal 8 render. We have hook to add some class to body. Ex: node--{id} and can add more
4. Some css is hardcoded as inline styles. => There are NO inline styles in our theme. Every thing is gerate by code and can be customize
5. Every element in front page animation is hard coded making it impossible to customize for average user.
=>Every animation can change easily throught Configuration Block, scroll down and click on Animation Settings tab to change.
Also, can you tell me problem with you have fixed by yourself?
