Oh LORDY, I purchased today, and theme is broken. Trying to register my purchase code in the backend. BUT it always says, “Purchase Key Registered and Verified” BEFORE i enter the code. So i enter the code. The only button available is the one that says “Deregister” – ??? This is a mess. I even logged out and logged in again. Same thing, shows field to enter purchase code with a big banner up top that says it is already registered! Also, got this error AFTER trying to register with my purchase code when the nag message appears, says to install the required plugins: An error occurred while installing [insert name of four plugins here]: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.. Etc… For Advanced Custom Fields Pro, WPBakery, Econtro Toolkit, and Unyson. What this tells me is that you are no longer supporting this theme, your pro licenses have all expired, and you are still taking money from buyers. I am going to request a refund.

The packaged WP Bakery plug-in looks to be outdated (6.0.5). Any chance an update can be made? Most recent version is 6.4.1. We had some issues with the site (Godaddy claimed it was because WP Bakery needed updating), so I purchased your updated theme hoping it would ship with an updated WP Bakery.

Just downloaded and installed your theme with the demo content. Looks pretty good albeit a bit limited in typography (like setting font sizes on header tags) and multiple fonts (headers and body having their own).

Anyway my question is about Schedules. When I created a couple schedules they appear on the front end in reverse order based on time. So Day 2 shows first and Day 1 is second. Also, the order of the Day 1 schedule is also in reverse—the first talk of that day shows as the last despite the time set.

Am I missing something? I looked at the schedule orders and set them. I looked at the element and nothing there. Is your data query pulling the schedule info back in descending order—latest to newest? Is there a fix for this?

On the desktop menu bar there is a Buy Tickets button. I can not find anywhere on editing I would like to change the link or maybe even remove it. I can not find it in Customize or Menu.

Hello, I’m using your theme “Encontro” for my website. I’m using the Home 5 layout for my home page. There is a section in this layout where you can write things like “Great Speakers, Networking, New People,Have Fun” and descriptions to it which you are showing in the theme preview. So I have changed it and removed the “Read More” buttons attached to this section. But after I removed these buttons the writings (the title and his descriptions) slid down to the bottom of the frame. Can you help me to configure and adjust the section so that the writings in that section can be set in the midst.

On testing no email is sent and there is no place to configure same.

I’ve tried to find where I could change it but my searching ended up as a failure. I still can’t change the “venue location” and the “socail connection” at the bottom of the website as I said. The schedule days and agenda is out of order. Every time I fix the order it goes out of order again. How do I make the agenda/schedule stay in the order of the days of the week? Also how can i make the agenda stay in order of the time sessions start?

May be a dumb question, but I wasn´t ble to find a setting for this: the menue bar on desktops appears as transparent in general. When you scroll down the page, the menue becomes a bar with dark background. I would like to have this dark bar right from the start, snce the transparent bar doesn´t fit my needs. How can I achieve that? Have I missed a config setting?

On single product pages the “Add to cart” button and the field for the number of products can´t be used. When you clik on it, nothing happens. Is this a bug or some sort of misconfiguration?
