Hello, I change the colors of the theme in general options of mikado options but it does not respond, the orange color there is no way to change it? the same thing happens to me with the fonts. Thank you very much.

First Main color won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons.
If the options set in global theme options are not being applied on some pages, then it could be that different local options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

I’m having trouble with the site loading very slowly, backend and frontend. It makes the site basically unable to be used, especially in the backend. The issue seems to be with Endurer Core.
I try to do anything when editing in the backend and that plugin is activated it basically won’t load, it just takes so long. When I deactivate it the problem does not persist. I believe everything is up to date with the theme and plugins.
The problem is mostly when I go to edit a page and then try to edit a MIkado section, it just never loads for me to edit it. Is there anything you think of that I could do to help with this issue? Thanks.

Also, check do you have the latest version of our theme and all required plugins. Follow this article in order to update them properly. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with the available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

I tried to update this theme but as soon as it was completed the site was lost. No access to any url not even the admin area. The update was made via WP Appearance>Theme. I tried using Envato Market and it did nothing when clicked. I had to do a site restored from backup. It is currently running WP version 5.9 and all plugins have been updated. Can you suggest a resolution please?

We didn’t include the compatibility with WordPress 5.8 just yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version. We didn’t test the Endurer theme with any 3rd party membership plugin, so we really can’t guarantee compatibility.

your theme is screwing up the permalinks on sites: https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/?page_id=266 and https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/event-home/ are the same. the https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/?page_id=266 url should redirect automatically to https://endurer.qodeinteractive.com/event-home/ plus the wordpress preview urls are live as well. you need to fix this issue asap.

I tried but “Support for “Endurer – Running Club and Sports Theme” item has expired.” I still think this is an issue that needs fixing. What is the code in your functions.php (is my guess) that is causing this. This is really a massive issue.

Hi, bought this theme and emailed support but havn’t got a reply as yet. The supplied version of Slider Revolution is corrupt and the demo importer is stuck at 90%. I really wanted the inter block textures as per the demo but its all straight lines on my version. Can someone please help as on a deadline. Thanks

Once testing our theme on local installation it does work unconditionally and we cannot replicate any of the issues you do encounter. It’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market before it even can be released. So what we can see from here and what you should have in mind is that you do have plenty of 3rd party plugins that did not come with the theme and that might affect the theme performance, we also cannot guaranty theme compatibility with the plugins that did not come within the theme as they have not been tested.
Also, you can always install the theme on a local installation to test its performance and check if the same issue will appear on your side, without the 3rd party plugins. Anyway, we are sure our agent will do their best to help you and detect what is the cause on your end.

it was installed on a brand new fresh install yesterday. No 3rd party plugins are present so that’s not true in the slightest. Stop marketing to basically make out you are doing all you can to fix this and your theme isn’t a bag of bolts.

So… Just in case anyone has this issue… The theme was built with a very old version of Slider Revolution which is no longer compatible. It’s nothing to do with third party plugins. To fix the the image overlay errors add the following to Additional CSS:
body.page-id-3477 .mkdf-content-inner>.mkdf-full-width>.mkdf-full-width-inner { padding-top: 0px !important; } .wpb_column.vc_column_container.vc_col-sm-12 { z-index:10!important; }
