I bought the Enfold theme, and love it. I only have one small issue – when viewing on my iphone, I can swipe left anywhere on the screen to reveal the mobile menu, and then the zooming all messes up. I would have thought that the menu only gets revealed when I click the menu icon?
Any advice would be appreciated Thanks!

1. In the General Layout section it shows a green “Fullwidth Area” (Above content and sidebar). How do I access that? How can I put things there? It seems like a great spot for a banner, graphic, carousel, or even slideshow.
2. How do I change the styling for colors of Prev and Next arrows on side of page? (I love those! Thank you)
3. How can I get the featured images to display bigger? They are not the full width of the content area.
4. Do you have any idea why the Instagram widget wont open? It shows thumbnails but nothing in the lightbox.

1- How do I move my logo down a bit so it will horizontally align with the menu items on the right side?
2- You mention that there will be an update next week to NOT make the extra elements part of the sticky nav. (currently the search, About The Company, News, Contact Us). Also, do you plan on making this extra elements section a secondary default wordpress menu with dropdowns? My goal is to have a dropdown menu on the About The Company text in the extra elements section at the very top of my site.
3- On the search dropdown feature, how do I style the text? Currently the font color on the search dropdown is white and is hard to read. Also, how do I remove the date from the search dropdown?

1.) I would recommend to create a logo with at least 100px height. you can center the logo in photoshop and then it will look nice in the theme as well
2.) Not sure what you mean: dropdown menus in the secondary menu at the top? Those are already supported
3.) You will need to style the placeholder attribute of the element: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/style-placeholder-text/
To remove the date you can use this css snippet:
add this to your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at Enfold->General Styling:

I use one of the imorted homepages. But, in the one I use, for example, the 3 iconboxes are closer to the left and right sides of the homepage. On the demo everything on the homepage are closer to the centre, with a bit more magin to the left and the right.
I hope this makes sense.
What can i do to tighten everything closer to the centre, like in your example.

Probably due to the width settings in your backend? You can change that in Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions-> “Maximum Container width” as well as “Content + Sidebar width”

Hey! I am afraid that right now there is no real option to do that. You would need to add the html code directly to the includes/helper-main-menu.php file or use the “ava_after_main_menu” wordpress hook, and then position the content via css. Requires some coding skills and would require roughly 30-60 minutes depending on the layout you want the banner to fit in

That is really unfortunate. This these has so many options, I would think that basic ad placement would be included. Is there another place to include leaderboard ads?
I figured out a plugin to get ads in the header but how can I get the nav menu to scroll to top of page before it 1) shrinks, and 2) sticks to top?

The reason we did not add the feature is quite simple. With all the available header menus and options there is no easy way to make an advertisement area that would fit into each of them. Especially the sticky and shrinking header make it pretty much impossible to use that without interfering with the layout in some way or another.
I see you are currently using the sidebar menu which is probably the easiest way to make the leaderboard work…
Hello—I uploaded the parent theme on Saturday then loaded the demo. On Sunday I uploaded the Enfold-child theme. Then then again loaded the demo. Tried to edit it and made a mess, so I reloaded the demo a warning said it would over write the first which I thought was OK. Now I have three themes stacked on each other at wellnowfancythat.com. How do I correct that? I did post it at the support page yesterday but cant find that posting now. And have had no acknowledgement. Thank you Marianne

Hi I would like buy your theme but please i i have some questions. 1) Is it available a news/events section? Like a scrolling banner preferably or any modes to catch the attention 2) I have to create an acces for the customers as editor for the news/events. 3) Is your theme compatible with Adminimize plug in ? 1.) The news would be powered by blog posts I guess. the theme also supports “the events calendar” plugin for events
2.) This is not supported by the theme out of the box. I would recommend to search for a membership plugin that allows you to do something like that
3.) I am afraid I cant tell. I have no information from previous customer about the plugin
4.) I am afraid the theme currently also does not contain a whatsapp share button, since to this day I didnt even know that something like this exists ;D

if we wanted to remove page builder for some post types, how we can do that. because our plugin not working with your theme because of JS conflicts and you have added page builder on all post types. is there any action / filter I can use to remove your page buidler JS/ CSS from my post type to resolve the problem?
Hey! I am actually not sure what you mean. The page builder only works for pages and portfolio entries. It does not work with any other post types…

I totally love your theme. It is easy to full customise, excellent for SEO and very robust all round. I use this theme for many client sites.
My question is will you continue to support this in the long term? I know it has already been on the market for 2 years and seems to still be a strong seller for very good reasons.
But I am getting a bit nervous about continuing to purchase it for new sites in 2015 because I expect my sites to last for 2 years before I need to update the theme etc.
And if you are going to continue to support and update this theme are you planning any major changes to ensure it is still search engine friendly?

We will continue to support it for several more years, no worries. As long as it sells well we will add new features and if at any time in the future sales go down we will still make sure that it works fine with the latest wordpress version and plugins.
I am not sure about major changes, but SEO will always be something taken into account when we introduce updates

I dindn’t change anything in the css or php folder. Should I be doing that? If so where od I get to it? Or is there anything else I need to do so that everything works properly. If I try upload it from wordpress the Enfold-Child folder opens displaying the functions.php, screnshot.png and stylesheet.css folders seperately. Do I upload each one seperately? Or upload the Enfold-child folder into the theme folder via Filezilla. ....I just tried that and it doesnt show up in word press. Is there an easy way to do this? Hey! I am not sure were exactly you are now with the theme. You simply need to upload the zip file in your backend at appearance->themes (then click the add new button)
Once you got that activate it like any other theme. The theme will inherit most files from the original enfold theme, but you can add custom css or php to the style.css and functions.php file
Where I am right now is totally lost. I have created a huge mess.

Responsiveness is broken in newest version. When on a tablet or phone, the menu isn’t actually hidden anymore. You can scroll to the right and see a small version of it there in an extra section. Assuming it is just a CSS issue…like an overflow hidden missing.
When on my tablet in landscape (Nexus 7) I can’t even see the menu button. So something is broken with the responsive aspect.
