It's difficult to choose only one reason for giving this theme 5 stars. I needed something simple to master, but with choices to make it flexible enough to customise, so that we didn't end up looking like other web sites, and this theme certainly delivers.
Engage has great features, the design and the options available are impressive, and I love the simplicity of the menus and templates that allow you to pick n mix your pages.
I initially paid for extra support which was certainly useful to a novice such as myself, when setting everything up, and the customer support has been second to none. The support I receive is easy to understand, so I'm not made to feel stupid (which I'm not, I just get confused when confronted by large amounts of technical jargon, or some people assume you understand!). The support I have received leaves me feeling able to change and maintain my own website, as and when I need to, so I keep my pages fresh and up to date.
We've had good feedback from customers and it's important to us that customers can navigate and find what they need.

This theme is very accurate.
But we face a problem as it's not possible to activate a security option Captcha in the integrated contact form, and there is no way to ask the support why, or how to correct it, as the support is a paid option after 6 months. We don't want to ask for customised code, but only why a security option is missing in the native content and how to activate it.
Most of the editors are now offering free support when it comes about security topics.
But with Veented, to just ask a question on the support page, I should pay $41.
Even if we like this theme, the next website will for sure NOT go with a Veented theme because of this. What a deception.

Hello there,

We think this is a bit of an unfair review. We're more than glad to help all customers even though their support has expired. You may inspect our themes comments section and see that I often suggest people who have issues (after their support has expired) to send us an e-mail to a private address. You did not try to contact us in any way and went straight to leaving a poor review.

We have absolutely never refused answering a security-related (and actually any other) to anyone after their support period has expired. And we did not refuse it to you either.

It is also NOT true that it's impossible to activate a security Captcha with our theme. It is true that the default contact form does not provide an out-of-the-box captcha field but the theme is 100% compatible with the Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms and other contact-related plugins that provide you very advanced security options. Our form was meant to be very simple and it is but we absolutely do not limit you to use it - we even provide you a one-click Contact Form 7 plugin installation via the Theme Dashboard / Plugins tab.

Too buggy. Some elements would save, some wouldn't. Like padding, margins, colors, etc. Very buggy.

for Bugs

Very slow (heavy) theme. Extremely rich in widgets / elements, but quite buggy and unintuitive. That's when then the complexity of the theme gets in the way of finding and fixing things.
Updates to essential elements/plug-ins such as Slider and WP Bakery broke some of my pages and content was lost.
Support is good (within the support period) but after that I guess I am on my own - despite the fact that there are bugs :-/

Am seriously considering moving to a different theme as this one has given me a lot of headaches.

FYI : A front-end developer with extensive knowledge of CSS has been helping me set up the site and even they were regularly stumped about why things were not working as they should.

You haven't responded to her latest message and she's never mentioned that your support had expired? I'm a bit confused?

Great theme and design. Easy and intuitive to work with. Very fast, friendly and helpful support.

Engage is beautifully crafted. What i like most is that i am not forced to style my blog in custom.css files. Anything can be done in the themes options. It has a very ergonomic design and points with great typography and look. Customer support is very helpful and reacts fast. Two thumbs up!

One of the best themes I have ever used!
Super customizable (both for developers and non-coders), fast loading, easy to use and supporting the popular Visual Composer plugin.

Seriously, whatever project you are working on, 90% that this theme will fit flawlessly.
