Hi there. I know you didn’t sale many licesnes for this theme, but this is getting worse and worse over time. You do not update the theme nor plugins. While I can use plugins that come with other templates, your own theme is getting more and more errors. WP Bakery wont load on pages.

Enjooy theme updated on 16 August 20 and it works on WordPress 5.5.1, please make sure you’ve updated your theme and all bundled plugins, besides once update is complete please clear your browser cache.

The client my girlfriend that brought the template a while ago (probably 2yrs now). After doing a WP update of 4.9.1 and installing 1 plugin “really simple ssl” I now have a broken dashboard (admin) page plus 1 plugin we noticed “woocommerce” is missing (just will not load) even though its sitting the plugins subdirectory seen using an ftp programme + has the correct file permissions.
Wondering whether or not you can help us, also is your template WP 4.9.1 ready is there perhaps an update to be released – that might fix our problems.

We have not tested ENJOOY with WP 4.9.1 but we have witnessed some of the plugins causing fatal issues with latest version of WP, but not the main theme. Please try to find your key or submit an email from the buyer account by using the form on our themeforest profile, so we can have a chance to see it in the place.

Responded already. Plugins are not working because some of your plugins are broken, you need to install them again. Before processing, create a full backup of your site, remove old rename non working plugins (connect via FTP, don’t access your dashboard while mean) and then download the plugins, extract on your computer and upload via FTP, now go to your dashboard and check (in a regular case you won’t lost any data that belong to a plugin)

Make sure you have set menu locations on Appearance > Menus page, a mobile menu automatically will show up as same as desktop.

That requires customization. Simply two different theme locations has to be used and one must go invisible and the other one must come visible on mobile devices. And this could be possible by CSS media queries, but first theme locations has to used.

Hi, I’m installing this theme for one of my friends. He want to use the home5 layout with video-bg. I’ve marked custom background and added the vimeo code but when previewing it I can only hear the sound (I can not see the video – only after hiding the page content – but I want the content to show underneath the video). Hello I updated my theme and have run into problems that haven’t occurred before. Here are the following issues after the update:
1. I can no longer access any photos in the media gallery.
2. The “EWWW Image Optimizer” plugin keeps having errors, even after I updated the plugin. I tried to updating and reinstalling it, and nothing seems to work to correct the errors.
3. I can’t change the background color to the navigation of my Master Slider on the home page (uploading attachment to show where) back to the color “black”, it stays a grayish color, even after I change it in the settings.
Please let me know how I can “EMAIL” you my login info, because I can’t submit a ticket, because my support has expired and I cant purchase an extended support, because it says you no longer offer support for this item. Please help.
Just asking if you could look into this, because the update has restricted me from using my media gallery and caused other issues. I have never had issues with this theme since it was first intorduced and it has worked well for my company.

For the home page ‘Agency 02’ style, is it possible to add photos inside the tiles. I tried putting in the visual composer’s interactive box for a given tile but the image didn’t display.

Thanks, I have seen your answer. But the problem was that I was waiting for the answer since 2 weeks and finally have asked an external provider to install the theme for me, while you offer to install the theme for those who have problems to install it. I was struggling since 2 weeks – I had installed it, but it didn’t look like the demo. I wanted the horizontal mega menu, not the vertical menu – i didn’t know how to switch the homepage – now it is fixed, after waiting for 2 weeks and ordering external service.
