I had some issues, mostly because of my hosting provider...but customer support was awesome, kind, fast and very, very, efficient...I definitely recommend to everyone!

Had an issue with a transparent background. Enovathemes said it was fixed when there was no fix. Did not provide concrete instructions on what the fix was or where to apply it. In the end I found a workaround that got what I needed. Spent 5 days back and forth trying to get this resolved.

Support helps when I need it.

The support is rapid fast, absolutely brilliant and this is a really nice theme.

Its a great theme. WP Bakery is a bit rough.

Beautiful and extensive theme with built-in options wishlist and compare. The theme does require some knowledge to edit. So i give 5 stars. Advice: Simplifying adjustments (central place where you could make all template adjustments)

Folks, at "Enovathemes" I have had the best customer service live so far!
The reaction time was about 5 minutes. The problem, as it was found out later, which I caused myself, was fixed within a few minutes.
The design and customer service at Enovathemes is simply TOP!
