The code itself is very clean, the theme is beautiful and easy to work with. However, I bought it because in my preliminary research I noticed the author has explicitly said that the footer Set Appointment widget works simply by adding an email - it's in the comments section for the item. After I bought it, it turned out that only the main contact form is fully functional and customizable with simply adding the email; the footer widget is not.
