Kindly reminder, that prepackaged WPbakery still doesn’t work (it requies update, but it’s not possible to update it), which makes that theme pretty useles.

Bundled plugins like WPBakery do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have an ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.
We do recommend using the theme with PHP 7.4 until the update is released and to run the theme on latest version of WordPress you should use this plugin. Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

The image will be displayed with it’s original proportions. If the images are you’ve uploaded need additional editing you can edit them in Media Library directly (please see screenshot).

yes I noticed that image is displayed in original size. But I did not see any option in theme to change that. this is a problem as this is not optimized at all. editing in media library is not the prupose here.
so my question is : is there any way to use another format than original size ? if yes I’d be happy to open a case, but if not, would you mind to clarify it ? thx.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. It’s recommended to upload images with original sizes you need or you can edit them additionally in Media Library.

But it seems the menu has a bug in mobile view (also in your demo) where when you open a item dropdown from the menu the background is transparent. Can you fix this with an update or solution?

Hello, since updating to the new Wordpress, WPBakery does not work.
My premium Qode support has expired – however because this is a problem with the theme / compatibility (A fault within the theme) I don’t want to pay for extended support. And also paying for support is more expensive than just buying WPBakery myself. Which I don’t think I should have to do as it’s bundled with the theme.
So can you advise the best way to proceed? I’d like to have my site back online as soon as I can. It’s a beautiful theme. Thank you!

Thanks for taking an interest! Esben theme comes with WPBakery which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our theme demo. It is not Elementor supported but we do have many Elementor themes available, so please feel free to check them as well.

Could you please try to install jQuery Migrate helper as well as navigate to Tools > jQuery migrate helper and set the legacy version for it. It will for sure be updated and resolved in the next theme update.

The plugins versions for Revolution Slider and WP Bakery aren’t up to date, which make it impossible to activate the plugins. In plugins-activation.php, WP Bakery required version is 6.6.0, the plugin found in the compressed file is 6.4.1, for Revolution Slider the required version is 6.5.2, the zipped plugin is the 6.2.23 version. I had to manually change the required version in plugins-activation.php to activate the plugins. Please fix this, this is unacceptable for a 75$ theme.

gives a critical error with new wordpress installation when you try to open the widget area. also slider not re-sizing. support is a horror. at this pace it will take 1 month to build a site. full with bugs this theme

Please understand that the recent WordPress update came out only recently and our dev team is working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).
In meantime, you can change a WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here), or use another plugin that is changing widgets back to classic https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

I dont know how to downgrade and your support is not helpful. they keep sending links on how to do this myself which I dont understand! I did not buy a theme to be hiring a code to do things! your theme does not work on new Wordpress on your should mark this on the sales page! total waste of time and money! nothing is working correctly!

worst support ever! totally crazy!!! why do you ask for website logins if you never fix anything. theme not working with newer version of wordpress. now I installed old version and guess what the pre-packed wp builder is not possible to activate. since weeks now I beg support for help. nothing! just nonsense message instead of logging in and fixing the issue!

As we previously mentioned we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme. You can also submit a ticket at our Help Center and one of our support agents will provide you with latest plugin version.

I have one doubt, when you move from one image to the next inside a gallery, there is a blank in the middle. Is it possible to do any other kind of transition in which there would be no blanks? (Maybe just leaving the previous image in the screen until the next one is loaded?, or is there the possibility of fading them?) Thanks a lot!

You have an option to choose thumbnail position on single product pages. This option is located in Edge Options > WooCommerce https://prnt.sc/19i568f.You can also choose the image behavior https://prnt.sc/19i5is7 as Pretty Photo Lightbox or Photo Swipe Lighbox.
The option to set the image slider initially, unfortunately, doesn’t exist within the theme.
