DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!!! I am still trying to get a refund for this. I tried and tried and couldnt get it to load properly at all. I wasted days and their support sends instructions that make no sense.

Hello, sorry if you had bad experience with the theme, but you have spend days because did not provide the required information for the problem consideration.

Poor theme if you want to have a customized real estate website with your own elements. Even the composer elements on the backend are very poor quality.
Overall this theme is nothing more than a free plugin with a poorly designed theme around it. I have designed dozens of WordPress sites for clients and never run across a theme this bad. It is primarily made up of widgets with some relatively sloppy and undocumented pieces of code inside. I finally threw my hands in the air and purchased another theme for my clients sake.
I have bought various real estate themes and this has been the worst of all for the simple fact of not being able to customize it easily, my clients hated the control panel, extremely complicated compared to others.
Mmaybe this is great for developers, but I don't recommend this to users that just want user-friendliness. You cannot edit this theme per page. All content is text widget in widget section
This is the most complex theme I have ever worked with. The theme author DOES provide fast support, however in an effort to make a unique theme they just over complicated the entire theme. Simple things like modifying a pages content, adding widgets to the footer, and even figuring out the complete file structure of this theme is insane.
After 12 hours of trying to just modify the demo install we had to uninstall the theme and purchase a new one.
If the theme author would just revert back to the standard WP admin functionality this would have been an amazing theme.
Esta is not my first purchase on Themeforest, but one that I regret. It's incredibly hard to customize - even just changing the logo can prove challenging. There are also several typos in the demo content & documentation.
I primarily purchased Esta due to its compatibility with Easy Property Listings plugin. There are several paid add-on's that I require to work. After purchase & installation, I learnt the EPL plugin was on v2.2.4, dated August 2015! Updating to the latest version 3.0.4 breaks the website entirely. This means I'm unable to build the site I require.

Widget-based system that is not convenient to build website. If you need to customize certain components you've got work with Easy Properties listings plugin, support of which is not covered by the theme author. The documentation is really short and not descriptive. So you've got to have codings skills, if you'd like to customize at least something.
Plus problems with updating the theme and placing it on specific hostings. A plugin keeps crashing ("Custom meta boxes") and completely reinstallation of the theme helps in this case.
