Been a stable theme, and a well updated over the years.
But I have to say it’s one of the more difficult themes I’ve ever used. Fortunately, it’s not one I have to modify frequently. But it should be noted that even with the latest updates the version of Bold Builder doesn’t include the ‘responsive’ option in the Sections.
The demos are nice, but not 100% optimized for mobiles. Hopefully, in the future, they will address this issue and include the responsive option in sections. I’ve no idea why a premium theme would have less functionality than the free version of Bold-Builder. It’s crazy.

The only reason for reduced Bold Builder functionality is the fact that the Estato codebase does not support the latest Bold Builder features and changing that would mean rebuilding the entire theme and, even more important, breaking the compatibility with the existing page structures built by existing Estato users.
There is no way to keep the content on existing Estato installations and upgrade to the latest Bold Builder responsive options 
Otherwise we would do it as soon as the options were introduces in Bold Builder.

So I finished most of the website and the come to find out that i cannot save the widgets area and change the footer. Need refund. Not sure why I keep getting a JSON error for just the widgets.

I am interested in buying a template but I see a problem in the demo “Property sale demo” In the Tour section in each grid gallery when clicking from the menu section image grid is displayed incorrectly every few clicks. After refreshing, the problem is gone. When refreshing everything ok. After clicking Tour from the Menu again, the grid has a bug. The problem is in browsers Firefox and Google Chrome. Will it be fixed?

That is really strange behaviour – we have tried but were unable to recreate the issues in Firefox and Chrome on our side. On thing though, we have updated the theme on our production server (the old version was installed). Can you please try to clear the cache and let us know if the issue persists.

How do I get the responsive option to hide or show specific contents on different devices?

I already submitted a ticket also raising concerns that i’m having issues finding the mobile responsive feature on the template am yet to get a reply over 72hrs.

I must say I am not happy I bought this template. It is not responsive. When I added logo on the customisation setting, it was very big on the mobile view. This template is not good for mobile view at all. I bought it because I’ve enjoyed good templates from Tubular and boldthemes but this is not up to standard.

I need to create a particular auction site, with various themes for example, art, industrial machinery, equipment for restaurants, cars, agriculture and livestock. Sure, you can change the background video to any youtube video, or local video – MP4, ogg, webm
Please be aware that the background video falls back to background image on mobile devices due to inconsistent background video behaviour in different mobile browsers on different mobile platforms.

Looking for a way to build single property landing pages on an already existing real estate website. We are thinking of purchasing this as the single property pages are beautiful and functional. Can we use this to build individual landing pages? Can we use it more than once – a page for each property (I know we need to have third level domains to accommodate)? Thanks
You can not use this theme on existing website without affecting existing pages.

Estato theme integrates WooCommerce plugin and you can use it for payments on your shop page.
Regarding your bank detail info, you should probably consult your bank on how to accept payments directly into your account – do they have some kind of system implemented which can be integrated with WooCommerce or you need to use third party provider as payment processor.
Usually, you should use some kind of intermediary payment processor such as Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout or similar which process the payments and deposit the money to your bank account.

Yes, you can import demo together with images. Please keep in mind that demo import images are in lower resolution then on demo site for two reasons – the speed of import and the fact that the images are not licensed for third party use – you will have to license them separately if you want to use them on production site.

While it looks great on your site, you have build it with a backend that is too difficult and time consuming to use, it’s back and forth and my clients do not understand any of this.
