I would like to order the Estato theme for my Real Estate website. I do need the following features working well: 1. Multi currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, ILS 2. Languages: EN, RU, HE 3. ID number for each property/project Please, check if these features are available.

Our them uses Real Estate settings from Realtyna Plugin, which allow you to use currency swittcher. For multiple languages you would need to use the standard procedure of translation wp theme or plugin (more informaton here: https://wpmudev.com/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/). There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
This error appeared and the them tried to be uploaded and simply couldn’t be used. Several troubleshooting steps were taken, including uploading to different temporary domains and different servers. Wordpress critical error on all tests. Contact support and was told they can recreate the error, but can’t connect to server. All FTP and wp-admin login was correct. Purchased another them and that works. This theme is unusable.

Hi! I cannot create properties, after deleting the demo content, it seems like when I finalize a new one, the system doesn’t create the new record. Editing it’s ok but I’ve to add properties inside the DB manually. The message says that it’s finalized but it doesn’t appear on the list… Did you meet this issue before ?

Please go to the Dashboard and from there to Unyson and activate there the ‘SASS Compiler’ extension: http://prntscr.com/njfek2. Otherwise, the styles won’t be reloaded with the changed color.

The search option used in the theme is created by the Realtyna plugin (bundled with Estato WP Theme) and it can be customized by the options provided in that plugin which should allow adding this type of custom parameters.
Sadly our theme doesn’t have a feature allowing to compare chosen properties.

Hi! My client wants other form fields to be added when adding the annotation while adding other form fields.For example, when adding a flat for rent 2 + 1, 3 + 1 form field does not want to be shown when adding the plot.Is it possible to make it in your template?

Having read the comments, I want to be clear before purchasing. For clarity, is it safe to say IDX/MLS integration is compatible with your theme through the Realtyna plugin? If so, will it require an additional purchase, upgrade or something with monthly fees? Please advise, thanks.

Currently Realtyna WPL (the free version) includes necessary database fields for further MLS Integration, however some customizations might be needed. They have also dedicated add-ons for IDX/MLS integration. Hello, I am looking to build an exclusively Bulgarian site for a real estate agency. Does this theme and font support Bulgarian for the fronted and backend? The site will perhaps then be translated to English and Russian, but initial language is Bulgarian. Thanks!

The font used in the site will show correctly the content created in Bulgarian and/or Russian language. The backend of the theme is heavily using the WPL plugin (which is bundled with Estato WP). According to the documentation, the translation of the elements provided by the plugin can be only done when using the PRO version of the plugin (more information here) which require WPL PRO version which isn’t bundled with the theme.
