Hello, it has been a while since I installed this theme. I am unable to edit the sections of the Home page, like the Tours, 3-panel sections, Number counters and Google Maps. Could you let me know if there is a specific editor I can use for this?

The home page content can be changed by editing the child pages. Navigate to your site admin area > Pages > look for the child pages linked to the main Home page.

I purchase the Etalon Theme and I’d like to remove the google map section on the homepage where you got the “HOW TO FIND US AND BUSINESS HOURS” on top of it. I look everywhere from the homepage and every other child pages and I couldn’t find it… Literally everywhere. Please help!

Thanks for writing in! You need to re-install the KeyDesign Addon plugin. Head over to your site admin area > Plugins > disable and delete the KeyDesign Addon plugin. Then navigate to Appearance > Plugins > install the plugin again.

Hi – we’ve had this theme for a while now and the support has expired. I am wondering as the theme has done an auto update – there is a plugin that seems not to have updated and google fails to find it – keydesign-addon. Hello guys, help me understand this because am confused to the dot. I woke up to make edits to my website and allover a sudden, wpbaekry builder is seems not to be working. All the elements are missing and i cant seem to edit anything in the backend editor, what could be the cause of this considering i haven’t made changes to this website in a long time until today that i realized that all the elements are missing. The php version is 7.4, all system requirements are well configured, am using the latest theme files and also am running WordPress v6.0. tried all wp version and none sems to work. The problem wont go away. Am really frustrated.

Thanks for writing in! You need to update the theme and all plugins. Please follow the steps below:
- Download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest
- Install and activate this plugin: Easy Theme Upgrades
- Navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New and then click Upload theme
- Upload the etalon.zip (after unzipping the main file downloaded from ThemeForest look for the etalon.zip file) file from your computer and click Install Now.
After you finish the theme update, make sure to update the KeyDesign Addon plugin to v3.0. To do that, head over to your site admin area > Appearance > Install Plugins > update all plugins.

That didn’t help am now faced with a challenge where even the section above the service boxes is missing, how do i even edit that now. its not written anywhere in your documentation and even when you visit the services box page, there is no option to edit that section or even activate it. The section on the mechanic demo that states “PROFESSIONAL CAR REPAIR SERVICES
High-quality workmanship at a fair price” On my theme it disappeared even before i could make any website changes. Is there something breaking this theme that we dont know about, its getting abit frustrating considering no changes have been made.
Make sure that the theme required plugins are installed and activated: KeyDesign Addon, WPBakery Page Builder, Redux Framework.
Everything is installed and updated as per your support and am not missing anything. Why would it be very difficult to edit a section if everything was working fine and not chmags had been made. Any ways i have failed to edit that section of the home page and of there is any guide about it, kindly share it.

I get that and was able to edit and make the changes but am still lost of the part. That’s the Revolution Slider. You can edit it by navigating to your site admin area > Revolution Slider > open the Mechanic Slider > edit the layers.

2. If coded properly, most plugins will work with the theme. If there are any compatibility issues caused by our theme, we can assist with fixes.
3. The theme doesn’t offer this feature. You can install a Form Plugin and display customized forms.
