The worst customer service ever. Poor quality code and Support is Zero. I would suggest any new company not to touch magentech themes. we have been having a bad time and no solution to issue from last 1 year and even after sending emails they don't reply for days and they developers never understand simple English. I never like to leave a bad feedback but these guys are horrible in support. So stay away at all cost

There is huge issues in theme. I cant install it on magento 2.1.4

The support was great and far beyond what I really expected compare to other that at times took them 2-3 days before attending to issues. All issues reported was attended to within 20-30 minutes and fixed. Thank you guys.
