I bought this theme a few years ago, had trouble then with it, but now most of the import demo homepages fail and error out. Homepage 3 in particular. fresh WP install. If there are BUGS or Neglect I think you should provide support. and I shouldn’t have to pay to have a working product?

And I can’t find any tutorial on Editing the sample them things like “Flash Sale” there are basic wpbakery how to build a page videos , good luck editing the sample content?><!#$

P/s: For the plugin WPBakery and Revolution Slider, we include the copy of premium versions for them in the theme package and you can use most of the premium features of these plugins without activated them in your site.

In each version, we update to make sure that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce, Revolution Slider, and WP Bakery Page Builder and for bug fixes. If you copy the code from the old version to paste into your site, it may cause error.

I have a problem with some CSS on this theme missing a button or 2, i have tried to contact your customer support however it just wont submit my ticket. Just keeps circling and never does anything.

Just about finished setting up your theme, its great by the way one of the best i have ever used however i have a small snag

I need your help and answer before I start to my project. Can you help me?


I want to create a marketplace for second hand books AND


1) Can I use email authentication service to sign up and sign-in in?


2) Can I use email authentication service to sign up and sign-in in Turkiye and with Turkish operator?


3) Can I create some place for; public company, author, language etc… AND can I create limit to sell for sellers?


4) If some sellers add some book and if there are same books in my site, Can my site show some notice “there are some book in this price?”


5) Can I make connection with some cargo integretion for cargo status?


6) Is there “add favorite it” option for buyers?


7) Can I create sorting and filter for my placeses(book name, author, publisher etc)


8) It will be marketplace and there must be some details for pending approval, total sales amount. Can we do it?


9) How can fix payment? What is your method for payment for comusion and vendor?

And here are my answers following your list:

1. The theme support user to sign-in and login. You can also install the social login plugin to enable social login feature in your site.

2. About the sign up and sign-in in Turkiye and with Turkish operator, could you please give us more detail about it.

3. For the Language, you can set it for the website. For the seller limit, you can limit it by approving only the number of product in the limitation you want. For other points, could you please tell us more detail about how you want.

4. For the notice, it’s not supported. However, if the product are in the same category, it will appear in the Related Product slider below the product you see.

5. For this one, you might need to install a third party plugin to support this feature.

6. In stead of “Add favorite it”, we have option Add to Wishlist.

7. For the withdraw, it also depend on the multi vendor plugin you use for your site. You can configure it in the Withdraw Settings of the plugin.
