Artem did a fantastic job once a bug occurred. Theme is very nice, and with some custom css highly customizable. Within in a few days there was an update that fixed it. After that we needed a bit more of support which he did fantastic. It's solved and much appreciated!

The theme itself is one of the best available here. It’s one of a kind and really easy to customize. Would be 5 stars if support was better. Unfortunately, support tickets aren’t really being read. You will need to send several reminders on open tickets or mention your issue in the comments here before receiving assistance. Other than that, I’m really happy with this beautiful theme.

The customer support is HORRIBLE, 6 to 10 days to anwer, and cant fix anything

the support is very bad , and really I don't advice anyone to buy any template with bad customer support because you will suffer a lot.
Отличная тема, притензий нет, единственное что напрягло, так это ЗАГЛАВНЫЕ БУКВЫ во всех заголовках товара, а больше не каких проблем, все на 5+
