Hello, I am interested in buying your Shopify theme Everest. I have some doubts since there are some issues described in reviews, and I don’t have a developer in my team, in case there are technical errors. I see you say the code was rewritten, so it means there are no reviews about the current version. I also noticed it loads slower than average shopify theme (I checked speed tests on your demo shop).
Despite these doubts, I love the conversion features you offer and would like to try it. But I need a guarantee that if I decide that it does not work correctly I can get a refund. Since I don’t see any refund information on your ThemeForest account, I would like to ask you if I can get, say a week to play around and if there are big issues I can return it.

really want to buy this theme! I have two questions before im buying it. The first one: could be a bug or do not know well what would be the solution: https://everest-04.myshopify.com if you check that from mobile and scroll a bit down from the top and tapping the hamburger menu you are not able to see the menu unless you scroll back to top. Can you please solve that?
My other question is in connection with importing. Has your theme a unique CSV for uploading products or just using the default shopify CSV template? if the theme using the default shopify CSV template it could contain every information for the products what your theme needs?

themes-base-myshopify-everest-01-ver3.2.0 don’t work on IOS devices at all. Do anyone have same issue. We have been facing many issues on the homepage header and banner sliders.

Don’t buy this template… this is a shame ! more than half folders are missing… for example you can’t use the template home 1, 2, 3, 7 or 8 ! Buttons don’t work… blocks are missing… customization is pretty impossible… Seriously… i never have seen that before… A Shame !
I have purchased this theme few days ago , and couldn’t find the layout Home 07 After i have open a Ticket about this issue, i got a reply from Chung Luong : saying he will help on it, if i share my admin acess but that was a week ago ..Is this theme still get support assistance ? i kept emailing about the issue but none doesnt really care. Is someone was able to install this particular Layout ?
I specifically purchased this theme so I can have HOME 07 layout. The layouts are all bundled into one with just placeholder images. I opened a ticket, but I’m getting answers from someone who barely speaks English. How do I activate this demo layout with images, content, etc. ?

I don’t want to start preaching “false advertising” until this is resolved, but your statement contradicts what’s clearly outlined on your purchase page:

You can import all the demo content with only one click! We have a huge number of layouts that are easily imported.
The specific reason I purchased this theme was to get access to the demos on which I cab build upon. Layouts are NOT the same thing.
You should ask a refund and remove our theme from yours site. Thanks
