The template doesn't work as intended and there are big issues on personalization, with some forced options. It's also outdated.
Customer support is terrible. The developer is saying that I have to pay him extra just to make the site functional. eg: Variant selectors for products wont actually change variant, quick view for products not working, unable to change fonts inside banners on home page. On top of this, any time you send a ticket asking for support, it takes several days to reply, and the reply will only address 1 or 2 of the problems, and you have to ask again for help with the others. the support consists of 'you can change that in theme.core.css' - so unless you have coding experience it is useless.
I still don't know if I'll actually be able to use the theme or not... VERY glad I didn't pay extra for extended support considering how poor the support is.
eCommerce novice with enough knowledge to get myself in trouble. Have sent multiple help requests on a variety of issues. Cleversoft responds quickly and clearly every time.

It seems you are using the older version which listed in this folder "theme-files/archive-older-version". We don't support the older version any more.
Please make sure you are installing the latest version 3.2.0 here: themes-base-myshopify-everest-01-ver3.2.0.zip
For each theme package always comes with readme file or documentation. Please sure you read the readme file first. It will help you a lot.

The code contains many CSS bugs in general. If you have no front-end skills, you'll be desapointed.

Absolutely disappointed in this purchase. Do not purchase this thinking that the homepage styles you see on the demo are built in. Also don't make the mistake of thinking that there is any kind of visible documentation anywhere on the internet about how to attain the setup that you have seen, and is most likely the reason you are buying this theme. What you get when you download this is a mostly broken, shell of a theme compared to the pages shown on the demo. Maybe I'm wrong - maybe there's an option somewhere that I'm missing, but when I can't find any documents, any options in the theme settings, and there's no content to be found when Googling, I start to feel a bit ripped off. Tried to open a support ticket, but the page would not let me enter text into one of the required fields. Hmmmm...

Very limited and Support are no help.
We're using Everest Theme in Shopify. We've had doubts and questions about specific customisation and the team is always answering the questions in less than 24H.
You'll need to know some coding if you're expecting to get something similar to any of the sample stores.
Theme is fantastic. Lot of features and customizations available. Also lot of hidden bugs found in the template. But can be correctable.
Great theme. Support was quick and effective.
