Hi, Quick Presale questions. Is it possible to have the tickets on your theme converted to woocommerce products. The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?

That is not actually a theme feature… Just a possibility to create a Google Map with multiple locations and add it to the contact page, fox example.

Do you use the latest theme version? Please make sure it’s 1.9.
To help with the blank screen issue, I need to know more details. You need to either enable a debug more in WordPress or check the error log and let me know what error messages do you see there. Please let me know if you need a guide on how to do any of that?

how to add background under countdown?
Countdown is contained inside of a row element. Row element has it’s own settings – background, full height etc.

You need either add gaps before and after countdown, or make a row full height in the row settings.

Hello, I’ve opened four support tickets and only one is solved. Some of them are still not answered.
Here you have the main issues we need to solve:
- Action button is only displayed on plain list. We need it in other schedule styles.
- Description is not displayed in any scheduled styles. We are using excerpt instead, but we need to add links, bold type, etc.
Please, contact us as soon as possible. These issues are on the main features of the theme, not minor things.
Site is now online, so be careful with your tests, you can create new pages to test but do not do it on home page

Hello, I’m looking for a theme to schedule my zoom webinars. The question is if I can add to the events list a button with the “register” button with a link to the registration page on zoom for each event without having to open the event page.

You don’t need to register, there is a button to create a ticket without registration.
We are now trying to remove this login buttons, it is support system issue, not ours, sorry.

I already updated Evnt theme to version 1.8 (received updated theme from my contractor) as suggested by you in response to robersl. Nevertheless the pricing table badges (upper right corner of the pricing table columns) still only show floating point numbers.

I added the theme two days ago, and I like it !
but yesterday, the wpbakery page builder doesn’t work anymore (administration mode), it works only on visual mode. I can’t see the different row already present, but I can add new row. This problem appear only on my homepage. Do I have to pay a licence for wpbakery editor ?
