Hello, I am using 99inbound.com to have a functional contact form but I keep getting an error message from the form:

And I am typing every field.

Having issues with downloading evolta ChatBot theme. What exactly has to be zipped and unzipped?

Hi. I think I found an error in the script. It relates to the page title area and images use for page titles.
Currently, there are 3 images to use as page titles. I have named my images the same as the default names eg, page-title-bg3.jpg
The problem comes from adding new images as calling it from the css.
.page-title-area.item-bg4 {
background-image: url(../../assets/img/page-title-bg4.jpg);
}
and here is the corresponding new html:
div class="page-title-area item-bg4"
Naturally, the image is named page-title-bg4.jpg and is uploaded to the same path as the other images

The result though a black area at the top location the image is supposed to be instead of the new image as described above.

Apologize! You can take one class in CSS file like:
.page-title-area or .item-bg4
you don’t need to remain two classes at a time.

I get what you’re saying but the other 3 images have followed the same css structure of having the 2 classes.
.page-title-area.item-bg1 {

}
.page-title-area.item-bg2 {
background-image: url(../../assets/img/page-title-bg2.jpg);
}
.page-title-area.item-bg3 {
background-image: url(../../assets/img/page-title-bg3.jpg);
}
and when each is called on the pages the current call has both classes as for example:
div class="page-title-area item-bg2"
so if you’re saying I don’t need to use both, well, the others have been using both and I’ve followed the same pattern.
I would have taken this to email but I think others would want to know how to change the page title images as the documentation doesn’t cover this. Solving this here, would save future support contact as others would find the solution here.

Dear Madam, Sir,
I recently purchased your Template and had encountered some relative issues concerning the responsive part.
We added a language button to the Navbar to switch from FR to EN, it does work on the computer sized screen, the swap works perfectl, but unfortunately when resized to a mobile, the language change doesn’t operate.

Thanks! We have checked the shared link and based on review it seems the newly added source code for the language switcher creating the issue on both large and small screen devices. The language switcher codes needs to be fixed so that works as expected on all screen types.
We were unable to review the source code as it was not showing while opening on the browser by clicking on view page source!
Also, about the switcher totally not working on the small screen, it might be due to the JS source code issue but we are not quite sure as the source code we couldn’t get.

Could you please check your site pages using Chrome dev tools and see if anything blocking any resources? Also, you might need to check the hosting server error logs to find out the errors.

Hi, where is the control for the green in the main title last word?
Once we use our text for that main title, the last word being in green doesn’t look good.
and then follow below instructions for running SASS
Open the style.scss file visual studio editor and go to the extension install Live Sass Compiler. Bottom of the menu showing Watch Sass text click on It after that it’s working.
