I just bought the extended support license but when I click ‘Go to Item Support’ it goes to an error page! This theme looks great, but the setup is far from straight forward. Installing the demo, only installs demo written content, and it does not setup the home page. When trying to set up the home page using the WP Bakery plugin as is stated in your documentation, all it shows is a blank page on the home page.

Hello. After the last update of the theme files (23/09/2019) you have not updated the plugin “page_builder_elements” (last update 23/01/2019). Therefore, the pages of the my site stopped working (“Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘evo_general_class’ not found in /plugins/page_builder_elements/page_builder_elements.php:522 Stack trace: #0 /wp-includes/shortcodes.php(325)”, etc…). I had to restore the site from backup. I would like the update support to be more thorough.

There are plugins that do this. There is no such feature in the themes, but you can do it with an external plugin.
