Unfortunately, I haven’t received in my Hotmail inbox, any response from your team or any feedback about the ticket. I also tried to log in to the ticket portal, but I’m only accessing a login field to enter my email address only. Following that, I get a login message saying that a verification code was sent to my email address….. but none of that is reaching my email box. Could you please check if your domain is on the safelist with Hotmail and MSN? I suspect that Hotmail is blocking the messages.
Alternatively, please kindly send me a direct email with the message that you are referring to. I ask it to be sent this way, so that I may be able to work.

I have 2 licences for your product. You migrated one of them via the ticket, and it is fixed and working well, but the one that I bought yesterday, which is giving the error message, “Something went wrong, try again later”, is still not fixed. I sent a ticket for it yesterday, too. Thank you.

One Website different Logi in the Header!
Is it possible with Exponent to use different logos on some pages (in the header)? E.g. 1 main logi and on 2 other subpages a different one for side projects?

Yes, it is possible using the Tatsu header builder only.
You have to design two headers on the Tatsu header and then assign them to each page as per your requirements.

Hi! Thank you for beautiful theme! Can you help me with mega menu? I turned it on in header tatsu builder as you promote on your documentation page, but it doesn’t look as it could. It just show every menu items horizontal (in submenu), but no in 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 widgets, if you understand. What could I do to have mega menu as you have for example in your “shop” demo?

Hi, since a few months the modules and importing demo’s is changed to a ‘pro’ version of Tatsu. While this has always been part of the theme and license we bought. Please make it available again or make Pro part of the theme. You cannot change what is part of a license after it has been bought.

The previous version of tatsu is the free version version of tatsu and it is still available with the theme.
In the pro version of tatsu have some extra modules. That you can as per your requirements.

Hi, well that is not correct. The modules used to be available in the Tatsu editor that comes with the Exponent theme. Therefor that is part of the purchase. Only after several years now the modules have been made ‘pro’. So we have bought the template which included all modules and suddenly they are not available anymore. So you have changed what you offer after purchase, that is legally not allowed. So please either add the pro version to Exponent Theme, or enable the modules again on the theme as they used to be. Please let me what you will do to fix the unlegal license change?
