Very good customer support. I had an issue with user permission and it was fixed by their customer service in less than 1 hour. This is in line with my previous experience as I purchased this theme for 2 different sites and needed help the first time round, too.

I love the design and speed of the theme. I created my portfolio website with this theme (axenicarts.com) and it was a breeze. The Global Text & Colour editor is a feature I think all themes should adopt. Tatsu builder too is so sleek and fun to use. I used the free version and didn't miss much.

Also, the customer service is really fast. I would recommend this theme anytime.

You can REALLY do a lot with this template if you just invest 10 minutes to understand the Tatsu builder capabilities. I love this template and have used it for several clients now. It's my favorite. Updates are frequent and you can tell they put a lot of ongoing work to make this an amazing template. You really can achieve a great deal with this template and I recommend it to everyone. The team is VERY responsive and helpful with any issues we run into, even when it's an error outside of their template (although I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them for Wordpress issues, but sometimes you're just not sure the reason). I rarely run into issues however, and if I search the comments here I often find the answer. Buy, you won't regret it!
