Can I recuperate my money??

For this price it is a great theme. You will get all you need to have a modern and responsive website.
I tested it perfectly with the following plugins:
W3 Total Cache
Polylang
Yoast SEO

There are a lot of possible settings to change the colors and the forms of the website and you can even dynamically generate CSS (no need to edit files over the FTP) wich really makes it easy to quickly make changes.

What would be great for the future:
- Give the possibility to add a favicon (in the theme)
- Auto cache the dynamic styles
