Hello folks, I’m trying to get some urgent help. It’s small help before launch, but URGENT. When I go to the forum and add my purchase code, it says it’s not valid. I downloaded the purchase code from Themeforest. I have 4 months of support left. This help is super urgent.

I just purchased and downloaded this theme. My version is showing ExProduct Version: 1.7.5… is this the right version because I’m showing woocommerce incompatibility errors? All my purchase themes on Themeforest are showing old versions once downloaded, including this one.

Your theme (ExProduct) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
In Woordpress language it is more clear, you can not worry it does not affect the work of the template and we will update them in the next update or you can create a topic in the support forum and we will help you now. Thanks

Thanks for your suggestions but I’m not sure that changing the position of the menu will make a difference . I don’t see any problem with this and haven’t received any messages from actual buyers . In any case, we can argue endlessly, but we must focus on the basic functions which our template solves. Thanks

hi there, I’m interested in this theme, but have a few questions: - does it include one page checkout? - does it work with stripe extension? - what about SEO, as it is not mentioned anywhere - is it possible to check somewhere the web page loading speed of this theme? the link for the ExWatch demo, when checked using google speed test, didn’t perform well (actually the results were pretty bad, so I wanted to check with a live page, maybe will be more relevant). thanks
