I recently purchased “Extra – Responsive E-mail Template” and I was under the impression that I could use template builder to create an email template. I am entering my product code, but continue to be told that “It seems your purchase code is invalid”.
And, I cannot send a message in the “contact” section of your website because I need a “Valid Product code” and my product code that I just purchased is not working there either…

hi, just bought “Extra” for using with Mailchimp but the Mailchimp template files from the .zip file do not work in Mailchimp. there seems to be a problem within your HTML files. i already sent you an email with a screenshot, could you please fix this? thanks!

hi, creating a new campaign with your templates makes no difference. the new mailchimp editor can not handle your templates. please fix the templates, as they are sold as mailchimp compatible. thanks!
